Terms of use and sale

What you receive, how you may use it, and what happens when you buy a Tiny Wild Lab digital product.

Last updated: 24 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to tinywildlab.com, its free resources and the licence to use digital products created by Tiny Wild Lab. The operator is Dr. Béres Marcell, individual entrepreneur, whose full details appear in the Legal notice.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are legally able to enter into the purchase, and that you accept these terms together with the terms displayed by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.

2. Who sells and processes the purchase?

Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record for paid checkout transactions. This means the customer purchases through Lemon Squeezy, which processes payment, calculates and collects applicable sales taxes, issues the receipt, delivers the purchased files and handles payment disputes. Tiny Wild Lab is the product creator and licensor and remains responsible for product support and the licence described below.

If these terms conflict with mandatory consumer law or Lemon Squeezy’s purchaser terms on a payment, tax or refund-processing question, those mandatory rules and the applicable Lemon Squeezy terms take priority for that question.

3. Products, prices and delivery

  • The current paid products are downloadable PDF activity packs.
  • No physical item is supplied unless a product page expressly says so.
  • Prices and the applicable currency are shown before payment.
  • Taxes, if applicable, are calculated by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.
  • Download access is normally provided immediately after successful payment and through the purchaser’s receipt or order page.

You need a compatible device, PDF reader and—if you choose to print—the printer, paper and ink required for your selected format. Colours and print margins may vary by device and printer.

4. Licence: what you may do

Each purchase grants the named purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, store and use the files for either:

  • personal use within one household; or
  • educational use by one teacher or educator within one classroom.

You may print reasonable replacement copies for the licensed household or classroom and keep an unedited backup copy.

5. What the licence does not allow

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • share, forward or upload the source files to others or to a shared drive;
  • use one purchase across multiple classrooms, schools or organisations;
  • resell, sublicense, redistribute or give away the files or printed copies;
  • remove branding, claim authorship or create a competing product from them;
  • use the characters, artwork or worksheets for commercial merchandise; or
  • make the files available through a public or private download link.

Contact us if you need a school-wide, multi-classroom or commercial licence.

6. Educational use and adult supervision

Tiny Wild Lab materials are general educational resources, not medical, psychological, diagnostic or professional teaching advice. Activities should be selected and supervised by a responsible adult with regard to the child’s age, abilities and environment. Stop any activity that is not safe or suitable in the circumstances.

7. Withdrawal, refunds and faulty downloads

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. For EU and EEA consumers, the 14-day right of withdrawal for non-tangible digital content ends only when all legal conditions are met, including express advance consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right will be lost when performance begins. If those conditions are not met, the statutory right remains.

If a file is defective, inaccessible, materially different from its description or you receive the wrong product, contact us promptly. We will first try to provide a working replacement and, where appropriate, arrange a refund through Lemon Squeezy. See the Refund policy for the practical process.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Tiny Wild Lab name, characters, illustrations, worksheets, copy, product design and downloadable files are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the property of their respective rights holders. A purchase transfers only the limited licence described above, not ownership of the intellectual property.

9. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the website, checkout links and downloads available, but temporary interruption can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Tiny Wild Lab is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or loss caused by use outside the stated licence or technical requirements.

10. Complaints, governing law and changes

Send complaints to hello@tinywildlab.com. These terms are governed by Hungarian law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence. Details of alternative dispute resolution are in the Legal notice.

We may update these terms for future purchases when products, providers or legal requirements change. The version presented at the time of purchase applies to that purchase, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
