If something went wrong

Refund policy

A fair process for digital downloads, technical problems and statutory consumer rights.

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Email hello@tinywildlab.com with the order number, purchase email address, product name and a short description of the problem. Do not include full card details. We aim to reply within five business days.

Digital products

Our paid products are supplied as immediate digital downloads. We do not use a blanket “no refunds” rule to remove rights granted by law. At the same time, a change of mind after a file has been lawfully supplied and accessed does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

For EU and EEA consumers, the normal 14-day withdrawal right for non-tangible digital content ends only if the legal requirements are met: the consumer gives express advance consent to immediate performance, acknowledges the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and receives the required confirmation. Where those requirements are not met, statutory withdrawal rights remain available.

When we will help

Please contact us if:

  • the download link does not work;
  • the delivered file is corrupt or materially incomplete;
  • you received a different product from the one ordered;
  • the product is materially different from its description; or
  • you were charged more than once for the same order.

We will normally try to restore access or provide a correct replacement first. If that is not possible within a reasonable time, or if applicable law requires it, we will arrange an appropriate refund or price reduction.

How refunds are processed

Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record and processes payments and approved refunds. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on Lemon Squeezy, the card network and the customer’s bank. Lemon Squeezy may also issue a refund or handle a chargeback under its own policies.

Abuse and duplicate requests

We may decline a discretionary refund request where the files were successfully delivered and used, the request is abusive or fraudulent, or the issue results from use outside the stated technical requirements. This does not limit mandatory consumer remedies for defective digital content.

This policy supplements the Terms of use and sale and Lemon Squeezy’s checkout terms. Mandatory consumer law always prevails.
